Refund policy

We want you to love your OG4 gear. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

30-Day Returns. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Damaged or wrong items. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days at officialgrind4limited@gmail.com with your order number and a photo — we'll replace it or refund you in full, free of charge.

How to start a return. Email officialgrind4limited@gmail.com with your order number and the reason. We'll send instructions. Please don't ship anything back without contacting us first.

Refunds. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. If more than 15 business days pass after approval, email us.

Exclusions. Because items are printed on demand, we can't accept returns for buyer's remorse on used/worn items, or exchanges for a different size after 30 days — double-check the Size Guide on each product page before ordering.
