Shipping policy

All OG4 products are made to order — each piece is printed when you order it, which keeps quality high and waste low.

Production time: 2–5 business days.

Shipping time (after production):

• United States: 3–7 business days

• United Kingdom & Europe: 5–10 business days

• Rest of world: 10–20 business days

Tracking. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Customs & duties. International orders may be subject to local import taxes/duties, which are the customer's responsibility.

Wrong address. Please double-check your address at checkout — orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly can't be refunded. If you catch a mistake, email officialgrind4limited@gmail.com immediately and we'll try to update it before production completes.

Lost in transit. If tracking shows no movement for 15+ business days (US) or 25+ (international), contact us and we'll send a replacement or refund.
